My goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This is why every finished product is shown to the customer via Instagram DM or email for confirmation on the final look using photos and video in multiple angles. However, if the product that you receive does not match expectations or gets damaged during shipping, you may send it back for minor adjustments. Products will not be fully remade.

In case of changes to the product due to it not matching expectations despite previously shared photos and videos, shipping must be covered by the customer for both sides. In case of damage during shipping, shipping will be covered by Zoychet for both sides.

All purchases are final. No return will be entertained on any products.

Crochet can only be made by hand. To keep rates fair and the quality intact, I do not take bulk or wholesale orders.

Currently, Zoychet products can only be shipped nationally in Pakistan.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. A regular order shipped anywhere in Pakistan usually costs Rs. 300 to Rs. 500 depending on your location and order.
